November is a season of gratitude, and coincidentally, it falls right after the Library Marketing & Communications Conference (LMCC). This week, I am EXTRA thankful for the many awesome people I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with last week at the 10th Annual LMCC.
The event was wonderful, thanks to the dedicated team of event planners, staff, and board members who worked on it. And the best part for me was seeing the conversations between attendees – first-timers and past attendees – as they shared ideas and support with each other.
Having a strong support network is a critical part of building resilience, and as we all face work and career challenges, it’s more important than ever to build those relationships. And that is why I am so grateful for the professional relationships I have enjoyed over the years.
