February has been a productive and insightful month. I had the opportunity to attend four Staff Days with the Hawaiʻi State Public Library System (HSPLS), where I met with hundreds of staff members. These discussions highlighted the important role libraries play in their communities. Through surveys and focus groups, we gathered valuable perspectives on what people appreciate most about their libraries.
