Dear friends and colleagues,
This season has me thinking a lot about connection, community, and the work we do together in libraries and service orgs. In the middle of busy calendars, shifting priorities, and constant change, I’m always reminded that what sustains us most is the relationships we build and the people who truly “get” our work.
I’ve been especially grateful lately for the conversations, collaborations, and quiet encouragement that happen behind the scenes — in conference hallways, virtual meetings, emails, and shared problem-solving moments.
