Branding Services

CAC and our collaborators will work with you to develop a new brand, including a brand package, brand guidelines, brand assets, templates, and anything else you may need.

New Brand

CAC can develop a new brand for your organization that is grounded in your identity, your values, and the values of the people that you serve. Cordelia, along with Creative Director Ken Magas, will lead your team through a comprehensive design process, create brand guidelines and other assets, and even develop training for your staff to help them in using the new brand.

In 2025, the Hawaiʻi State Public Library System moved from a 30-year-old logo rooted in nostalgia to a vibrant new identity that reflects our mission, vision, service philosophy, and Hawaiʻi’s landscape and cultural traditions. The Cordelia Anderson Consulting team guided this transformation at every step—and the impact was immediate, coinciding with record-breaking Summer Reading Challenge participation.

The success of the launch was driven by the team’s deep understanding of public libraries, a rigorous research and stakeholder engagement process, compelling creative work, and thoughtful support for internal communications and training. Professionally respected and genuinely delightful to work with, the team met every deliverable on time and on budget.

Brand Refresh

CAC can work with you to conduct a brand audit and recommend updates to your brand, design standards, messaging, and so on. We’ll look at key assets such as your website, social media accounts, print collateral, and physical spaces to understand your brand personality and what makes your organization unique. From there, we can update your brand graphics, and create or update brand assets and messaging, to give your audiences a fresh new perspective on all the great things you have to offer.

Working with Cordelia and Ken gave us exactly what we needed. They helped us transform a brand document we were struggling to use into practical tools, templates, and guidance that staff could apply every day. The quality of the materials our team is now producing is remarkable, and our marketing feels more cohesive, engaging, and professional.

What has been especially meaningful is the impact on staff morale. Instead of feeling limited by brand standards, staff feel more confident and creative because they now have a clear roadmap. This work has improved both the quality and efficiency of our marketing, and we’ve already seen stronger public response to our updated materials. I would absolutely recommend them to other libraries.
